We always try to have event nights lined up, they give Tom the chance to break out the big ingredients that he loves to cook with.

We've done it, we've got Wood for one night. Join us on the 9th May, Tom and Simon will cook a spectacular six course menu designed to show off their skills.

It's well known that this area has an abundance of great places to eat. That's probably down to Lancashires’ longest Michelin Star holding chef Nigel Haworth. His school has created an army of chefs of which Tom was one.
It was with great trepidation that Tom rang his old boss and offered him an evening and its our great pleasure that he said yes.
We are proud and excited to offer an evening with Tom and Nigel Haworth. 5 courses and a drink on arrival.

Thursday 7th June - Meet Guiseppe Vajra
GD Vajra is a family owned winery run by the head of the family Aldo in Piemonte. Aldo, his wife, 2 sons and 1 daughter succesfully manage to produce a fine range of wines.
Guiseppe, Aldos eldest son and the families best speaker of English is here to talk you through their wines while Tom as ever will produce 5 courses inspired by the food of Piemonte, the two will go hand in hand.
So come and meet Guiseppe and find out why his Barolo is the best Barolo.
Price £80 / head including a matching wine with each course
