We always have event nights lined up, they give Tom a break from the norm, a chance to use other ingredients that he loves to cook with and a chance to really show off what he can do with them.

Dates to note in July:

Thursday 25th July - Summer Tasting Evening 

Celebrate the season with a tasting menu expertly crafted using the finest ingredients of the summer.

Price £100.00 / head matching wines will be available

Arrive 7:00pm

Please note that as this is a specially prepared menu for the evening, it will not be possible for us to cater for any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Sunday 28th July - Super Sunday

It's the last Sunday of the month so get your family together. Come and relax while you enjoy a fantastic 4 course meal.

Imagine the looks of envy when you tell your mates where you're going for lunch.

Service is from 12:00 until 4:40pm

Tuesday 30th July - Skins, Steak, Souffle

Another chance to enjoy perfect steak and chips.

Starter - Stuffed jacket potato skin

Wednesday 31^st July – Tim Allen and Tom Parker collaboration part two

Tim Allen – Solo in Aughton (1 Michelin Star)

Tom Parker - The White Swan at Fence (1 Michelin Star)

Last month, I had the pleasure of working an evening at Solo while Tom was cooking there in the first of a two-part collaboration. It was an immense night; the food was incredible and the service was out of this world.

Part two ‘the return’ has arrived, book in for an unforgettable evening as two Michelin starred chefs present a menu created from their favourite seasonal dishes.

Price £120 per head - an optional wine flight will be available.

Service is from 5:20pm to 8:20pm

Please note that due to the nature of this event, it will not be possible for us to cater for any dietary requirements.

Events for August and September coming soon but they are loaded into the diary, I'm not teling you when but there is a legendary Mexican night in there somewhere, happy hunting.
