We always have event nights lined up, they give Tom a break from the norm, a chance to use other ingredients that he loves to cook with and a chance to really show off what he can do with them.
Christmas is on its way but we have plenty of great event nights lined up through October and November to get you warmed up before the Christmas season.
We start with:
Wednesday 18th October – Fish Night
This is always a popular event, so one that we run quite regularly. Every course (apart from dessert) featuring something that lives in the sea.
I’ve just looked back through some previous fish night menus and I’m amazed at how creative and imaginative Tom can be with his ingredients and flavour combinations.
If you like fish then this is for you, come and enjoy the experience.
Price £100 per head - an optional wine flight will be available.

Wednesday 25th October – This event is fully booked
An evening with Nigel Haworth, Victor Yu and Tom Parker
3 local legends in one small kitchen! Let the chaos commence.
Between Tom, Victor and Nigel, they will create a menu inspired by Chinese, Japanese and Thai food.
If you missed this event when it was held at The Three Fishes last month, then now’s your chance.
Price £120 per head - an optional wine flight will be available.

Sunday 29th October – Super Sunday - £65 per head
I know it close to Halloween but there’s no need to be frightened. Super Sunday at the White Swan is a dream, not a nightmare.
Get your family together to enjoy a perfect Sunday lunch without having to lift a finger.

Wednesday 8th November – Tim and Tom collaboration part two

Tom Parker - The White Swan at Fence (1 Michelin Star)

Back in April, earlier this year, I had the pleasure of working an evening at Solo while Tom was cooking there in the first of a two-part collaboration. It was an immense night, the food was incredible and the service was out of this world.
Part two ‘the return’ has arrived, book in for an unforgettable evening as two Michelin starred chefs present a menu created from their favourite seasonal dishes.
Price £100 per head - an optional wine flight will be available.
Service is from 5:40pm to 8:40pm

Thursday 16th November – Game night
We’re not talking about Monopoly or Twister, we’re talking about a night of food, with tasty, lean, natural meat at the heart of each dish.
It’s that time of the year when game is in abundance and it would be a shame not to show it off to its full potential.
Tom will apply some creative thinking and produce a fantastic 5 course meal highlighting the qualities of game meat and just how versatile it is.
