We always have event nights lined up, they give Tom a break from the norm, a chance to use other ingredients that he loves to cook with and a chance to really show off what he can do with them.

 

Wednesday 27th March - Fish Night

 

The clue is in the name!

 

Simple concept that we’ve done before but is always very popular.

 

Each course, except dessert, featuring something that lives in water and Tom showcasing what can be done with it if you’re really, really good at cooking.

 

Price £100 / head. Matching wines will be available.

Sunday 31st March - Easter Sunday

 

Get the family together again, its Easter Sunday

 

Let us do the hard work, come and enjoy a luxurious Michelin starred lunch here at The White Swan.

 

4 course set menu £90 / head

 

Service is from 12:00 – 4:40pm

 

Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when booking as amendments to the menu cannot be made on the day.

Please be aware that it is not possible for us to cater for a dairy free diet.

 

 

Thursday 4th April - Spring Tasting

 

Spring is not all about wild garlic, although I'm sure it'll feature somewhere in this special tasting menu.

 

It’s definitely a season to celebrate as we come out of the dark winter months and everything starts to turn green.

 

The days get a little longer, a little warmer and you start to think about turning the central heating off.

 

Come and join us for a tasting menu that features the beautiful fresh ingredients of spring.

Thursday 18th April - Chris Simpson and Tom Parker

 

Another celebrated local chef (Burnley born and bred) cooking with Tom here at the White Swan.

 

Chris was Nathan Outlaws head chef for many years before heading up his own kitchens and winning Michelin Stars first at Gidleigh Park Hotel and then Pensons Restaurant.

 

You can expect a tasting menu with a bias towards fish due to Chris ‘s historical employment but the quality of the cooking is not in doubt, I know, I’ve been lucky enough to sample it.

 

Price £130 per head matching wines will be available
